City Of Dawson Creek Collective Agreement

The City of Dawson Creek and CUPE Local 2403, which represent city employees, have entered into a new collective agreement that is in effect until December 31, 2019. The agreement provides for wage increases of 1.75% in 2016 and 2017, followed by an increase of 2.0% in 2018 and 2019. A new language to align the use of family leave with the Employment Standards Act was also included.
